A Team Built on Experience
We believe that great feed starts with a great team. Our close-knit group shares decades of experience in the feed industry, working side by side to ensure every product that leaves our site meets the high standards that our customers have come to trust.
At the heart of Midland Feeds is Pete Norris, with over 30 years in animal feed production and a cattle herd of his own in Nottinghamshire, Pete brings real-world experience to every ration we produce. He personally formulates our feeds to ensure they deliver the right nutritional value, supporting healthy, productive animals on farms of all sizes.
The business has now entered its next chapter, with the next generation stepping up. Chrissy Norris, our Managing Director (Pete’s daughter) now leads the company, running day-to-day operations alongside Pete. Chrissy brings a fresh perspective while staying true to the values Midland Feeds was built on—reliability, trust, and a passion for supporting British agriculture.
Expanding Our Reach
As demand for our feed has grown, so have we. We’ve expanded our operations with a new delivery service and collection points across the Midlands and the North West, increasing our capacity and efficiency. We’re also pleased to have extended our presence into East Anglia through the acquisition of an established feed business, allowing us to offer regular deliveries in the area with our own fleet.
Thanks to these expansions, you’ll now see Midland Feeds lorries travelling across the Midlands, North West, and Eastern England—delivering the same trusted feed, with the same commitment to quality, to even more farms and agricultural businesses.
