As the holiday season approaches, we want to ensure you’re fully prepared for any deliveries and orders over the Christmas period. Below, you’ll find our holiday opening hours, along with important updates for ordering and delivery services during this busy time. We also have some key information about pre-Christmas feed deliveries through our Palletline network to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Planning Ahead for Bulk Deliveries
We always aim to provide top-notch service, but during the winter and Christmas period, we kindly ask that you allow a bit more time for processing and delivery of bulk orders. Due to increased demand and holiday schedules, flexibility is key to ensuring we meet everyone’s needs.
Pre-Christmas Palletline Deliveries
To avoid any disappointment with pre-Christmas deliveries of feed via our courier service, please order by Tuesday 17th December for delivery on Thursday 19th December (using our standard delivery service).
- Order Deadline: All orders must be placed by 12 PM (Midday) on the 17th of December to guarantee delivery by the 19th of December.
- Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries typically take 2 to 3 working days as standard, so please plan accordingly.
After the holiday break, we will return to our normal delivery schedule on Thursday 2nd January, processing orders for delivery on Monday 6th January.
